Yes. This is an interactive, hands-on course. Participants will practice the skills being taught and must demonstrate competency in key techniques to successfully complete the training.

Yes. Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive a PetSaver™ CPR & First Aid Certification that is valid for two years, along with a certificate of completion and wallet card.

No. For this class, all demonstrations are conducted using instructional videos and canine training mannequins (stuffed animals designed for CPR practice). This allows participants to focus on learning and safely practicing the techniques in a controlled environment.

Absolutely. No prior medical or animal care experience is required. Whether you're a pet owner, pet care professional, or simply want to be better prepared for emergencies, this class is designed to be approachable, practical, and easy to follow.

This comprehensive course covers CPR techniques, rescue breathing, first aid skills, emergency preparedness, health and wellness, dental care, and senior pet care. Dental and senior care training are unique features available exclusively through PetSaver™ Training.

Each participant also receives the PetSaver™ 40-page handbook and practical instruction designed to help you confidently respond to pet emergencies.

Yes. Our Cary training location is conveniently located for pet owners and professionals throughout Raleigh, Wake County, and the surrounding Triangle area.

Yes, it is highly encouraged. Our classes are designed for both pet owners and animal care professionals, including veterinary staff, pet sitters, groomers, trainers, boarding professionals, and dog walkers looking to strengthen their emergency response skills. Many animal care professionals attend our PetSaver™ classes to enhance their emergency preparedness skills and maintain professional development requirements. If you require CEUs for a specific certification or organization, please contact us before registering to confirm eligibility.

Yes. To add media follow these steps:

1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor

2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one

3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon

4. Add media from your library and save.

You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
